How to Discover Yourself 1

Self- Discovery is the first step to the journey of succces. If you ask any successful person, how s/he succeeeds, you are likely to get a response that there was a time that s/he is at its wits end; when all hope is almost lost; until he discovers himself.
One might go through life unburnished with a lot of potentilas untapped if one has not discovered himself. God has created each and every one of us for a particular purpose.  Sadly, that purpose would not be fulfilled, until we discover oursef.
How does the road to self discovery begins
1. By asking life questions
2. By being tired of yourself

What are life questions? They are the questions that you ask yourself when you are at the brink of hopelessness; when life is treating you bad; when all hopes is almost lost and there appears to be no respite or solution in sight. It is when you are at your wits end. If you answer these questions veryu well, it will eventually lead you to have some breakthroughs if successfully answered. Most imes, you are not likely to ask yourself some of these questions until things are not working the way you expects them to work. For example, you have been out of school for years without getting a job. You have combed all the nooks and crnnies of the city and posted your CVs in some organmnizations even in some job recruitment sites without getting a call for interview. Obviously, discouragement will definitely set in. You will be forced to ask yourself: "what sor of life is this? This is six years after leaving the university and there is no job. I am 35 and still living with my parents." 
Of course your world will come crashing execpt you have the solace of encouraging friends and the word of God. It is at this point in time that the life questions will come.

So, what are the life questions?
1. What sort of life am I living?
2. Wahy are things like this?
3. Is this why I will continue to live my life?
4. Wahen will I get out this situations?
5. Is there hope for me?

If you willbe sincere with yourself, you probably have asked yourself these questions. I have asked myself these questions a number of times. Do you know what? When you ask yourself thses questions, you get immediate answers to them?
There is a specific purpose that you ahve been created and there is nobody that will fulfil that purpose expect you only. If you leave these world without fulfilling that purpose, you would have dispappointed your creator. So, what will you do now, be sincere take a pen and a paper and start asking these lifwe questions one by one.You will surely find an answer.

I stumbled across this quote that I am sharing with you now, some years ago :"No competition in destiny." Ignorance about this truism has sent many people to their early graves. This is because they believe that to achieve anything in life, you have to fight or strive for it. In fact they are one of the staunch believer in, "the violent take it by force. Mr. Violent or Mrs. Violence or whatever you call yourself, success in life is not always so. The fact is that we are born differently even if you are of the same parentage. You run your own race, and I run mine. If you want to win in this competitive race, you need to know who ypou are competinng with. Without this, you can't win in this race. That your classmate is now local government chairman doesn't mean that you go and kill yoursef. My brother wait ypour own time is coming. Making the Most of Time

  Time is one of the greatest resources given to man. Our existence here on earth is regulated by time. No wonder the psalmist said, “So teach us to number days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” (Ps 90:12) Time is also one of the most valuable resources that we have. Your success or failure is determined by how well you maximize your time. What you do with your time is what you will get. If you use your time for a profitable venture, it will yield interest in quantifiable terms. If on the other way you invest your time in unprofitable venture, you will also get the reward.
